  • Built and calibrated standards-aligned STEM task quality frameworks and rubrics across 40+ schools, improving rigor and instructional alignment at scale.

  • Delivered actionable feedback cycles (coaching + implementation monitoring) with clear evidence tags and next-step recommendations.

  • Designed high-cognitive-demand STEM/PBL tasks and exemplars aligned to standards and measurable outcomes.
